Marble Ensuite with Chevron Wood-Effect Feature Wall
A compact ensuite rebuilt from a basic shower-and-WC layout. Marble-effect porcelain wraps the walls, a chevron wood-effect feature wall sits behind the WC, and a heated towel rail replaces the original radiator.
The original ensuite was a builder-finish corner shower with beige porcelain and a pedestal basin. The strip-out kept the footprint but reworked the layout so the feature wall behind the WC could be wrapped in a single piece of chevron wood-effect porcelain — texture against the cool marble on the other three walls.
A new toilet, heated towel rail and replacement shower screen completed the room. The marble tiles run full-height so the join lines disappear, and the floor is large-format marble-effect porcelain in the same family.
