Renovations and bespoke joinery in Malahide.

Coastal renovations and extensions across Malahide, Robswall and Yellow Walls.

The area

What we know about renovating in Malahide.

Malahide is one of the cleanest postcodes on the northside in terms of how the housing is spread across eras. Closer to the village and the marina you have period stock and pre-war seafront semis. Moving inland through Robswall, Yellow Walls and the newer estates, the housing tightens into well-built 1990s and 2000s family homes — comfortable to renovate, but already showing the design language of their era.

Our work in Malahide breaks roughly into two halves: careful period renovation closer to the village, and contemporary fit-out and extension work in the newer inland estates. Both kinds of project come through us regularly.

The coastal exposure means we factor weather and salt into outdoor and external-insulation specs. The proximity of Malahide Castle and the village conservation area means we always check planning context at first visit.
