Stairwells are one of the most overlooked surfaces in Irish homes. They are also one of the longest continuous wall surfaces you have in a typical house, which makes them ideal for a feature treatment.

This stairwell has been wrapped in fluted marble-print panels from skirting to ceiling, with a spiral LED pendant suspended from the top landing to the bottom of the run. The flutes catch the LED light at every level and the room reads as a single vertical feature rather than a stairwell.
